All orders are shipped using Australia Post. The delivery time will vary depending on your destination, peak times and COVID delays.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please ensure that all address details are correct when placing your order. If an error is made please email us as soon as possible so it can be rectified.
International Shipping Information
Please note that International orders can take up to 5+weeks to arrive. You may also be required to pay import duty and taxes depending on your country of residence. Please contact your local customs office for further information as Love Alfie & Co are not responisble for these payments.

Returns Policy
Love Alfie & Co will only offer a refund if the item you received is faulty or you are not satisfied with your product. Goods should be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Please ensure that you order the correct size product for your dog. If for any reason the sizing doesn't match the description an exchange will be processed.
